Information we collect, Information you give us

When you request a free resource (such as the Digital Product Idea Finder): your first name and email address.
When you join Digital CEO Academy: your name, email address, and the details needed to process your membership. Payments are handled by our community platform and its payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
When you fill out a survey or form: the answers you choose to share, such as your goals and experience.
When you contact us: your name, email address, and anything you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

Our website and email tools may collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and whether you open or click our emails. This is done with cookies and similar tools.

The Digital Product Idea Finder

The answers you tap or type into the Idea Finder are used only to show you ideas on your screen. We do not receive or store those answers.

How we use your information

To send you the free resource you asked for.
To send you emails with tips on creating and selling digital products, along with occasional offers. Offers may include our own membership and products from other companies that we recommend.
To give you access to your Digital CEO Academy membership and manage your account.
To answer your questions and give support.
To understand what our members need and improve what we offer.
To follow the law and protect our rights.

Legal bases (for visitors in the EU and UK)

We use your information based on your consent (for example, when you sign up for emails), to fulfill a contract with you (your membership), and for our legitimate interests (running and improving our business), where those interests are not outweighed by your rights. Who we share your information with.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

Systeme.io: our web pages, sign-up forms, and email system.
Skool: our membership community and payments.
Microsoft 365 (through GoDaddy): our business email inbox.
Google: forms we use for member surveys.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our members, or the public. Emails and unsubscribing. Every email we send includes an Unsubscribe link. Click it at any time and we will stop sending you marketing emails. You can also email us and ask to be removed. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. They help our pages work and show us how our pages and emails are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our pages may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep your information
We keep your information while you are subscribed or a member, and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Ask us to delete your information.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising across other companies' sites.

Children

Our website and membership are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us, and we will delete it. Keeping your information safe. We use trusted service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee complete security.
Visitors outside the United States. We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store information in the U.S. and other countries. By using our site, you understand your information may be handled in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will let subscribers know by email.
