These Terms and Conditions are the rules for using the Digital CEO Academy website, free tools, emails, and membership. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who can use our services?
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, tools, and membership.
Free tools and resources
Our free tools, including the Digital Product Idea Finder, are offered as they are, for your personal use. We may change, pause, or remove any free tool at any time.
Membership and billing
Price: Digital CEO Academy membership is billed monthly. The founder's price is $27 per month.
Founder's price lock: if you join at the founder's price, you keep that price for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
Automatic renewal: your membership renews each month, and your payment method is charged automatically until you cancel.
Canceling: you can cancel at any time from your account settings in our community platform. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
Refunds: [Choose one and delete the other] Payments are non-refundable, including partial months, except where the law requires a refund. OR If you are not happy within your first [7] days, email us for a full refund of your first payment.
Price changes: we may change membership prices for new members. If a price change affects you, we will tell you in advance.
Using the membership
When you join, you agree to:
Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or spam.
Not share your login or give others access to member content.
Not copy, resell, or share our courses, videos, tools, or templates outside the community.
Not post anything illegal or anything you do not have the right to share.
We may remove posts, or suspend or end a membership, if someone breaks these rules. If we end your membership for breaking these rules, you are not owed a refund. Our content. Our courses, videos, tools, templates, emails, and other materials belong to Digital CEO Academy and Chuck Pousson and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them to build your own business. You may not copy, resell, or share them as your own.
The digital products you create using what you learn belong to you. No guarantees. Our website, tools, and membership are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any income, results, or that our services will always be available or error-free. Please read our Legal page for our full earnings disclaimer. Limit of liability: To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital CEO Academy and Chuck Pousson are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Your responsibility
You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that come from your breaking these terms or misusing our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
